We are delighted to welcome you to our family home. Everything here is designed to enjoy peace, nature, and quality time together. Our house is nestled in Mesquer, just steps from the beaches and at the heart of the salt marshes. After 14 months of passionate renovation, we have lovingly restored this old stone and black timber building, preserving its soul while bringing comfort, light, and serenity.
Designed as a peaceful retreat, it is perfect for up to 9 guests: families seeking tranquility, nature lovers, or travelers looking for a stylish and inspiring place to pause and recharge.
We have created this home with love and care, and we hope to welcome guests who will treat it with the same respect.

Inside the house , you’ll discover a spacious, light-filled living room, thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden, terrace, and salt marshes. Each room has been decorated with high-quality materials—polished concrete, oak, linen, and natural wood—in a soft, muted color palette that invites relaxation.
Outside, enjoy a carefully landscaped garden and complete tranquility, with only the sound of birdsong as your soundtrack. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, read, play, watch nature, or simply spend quality time with your family.
On the ground floor, a master suite with a polished concrete bathroom and private WC awaits, accessible through a built-in bookshelf. You’ll also find a large, welcoming kitchen opening onto a second terrace, a dining room with a custom-made stove, a playroom for the children, a laundry room, and two additional toilets.

A large living area, an open kitchen space with a view on the salt banks. Behind the living area on the ground floor a parental suite with a mezannine and bathroom, three more bedrooms have been created upstairs with a bathroom, and a seperate play-room for the kids is available on the ground floor behind the brick facade as well as a fully equipped laundry room.
The house has a dark wooden and old brick aspect, a large terrace surrounds the house overlooking the garden, creating several relaxing areas. La Mer is able to welcome up to 10 people since June 2025. Baby’s are welcome, a travel cot is available.

Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms: a children’s room with a bunk bed, a double room with a washbasin, and a large bedroom with breathtaking views, a king-size bed, and space for a baby (cot and travel crib available).
A family bathroom with a bathtub completes the floor.
