THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is the heart of the home — a place where everyone naturally gathers around the marble island for a coffee, tea or an apéritif. Fully equipped with high-quality appliances, a Quooker and a wine cellar, it offers everything you need to cook with ease and pleasure.
The cupboards are stocked with essentials — spices, oils, and all the basics that make a family meal feel effortless. A warm, natural colour palette contrasts beautifully with the black feature wall and the soft veining of the marble, creating a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting.
FLOOR PLAN
When you enter La Maison, a bright and spacious entrance reveals the first glimpse of the 70m² open living area — a rare luxury in the heart of Paris. The dining table comfortably seats up to 8 guests, making it ideal for family dinners, relaxed mornings or hosting friends. The large open kitchen flows naturally into the living space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for families.
Just behind the kitchen, a set of double sliding doors leads to the library room. One door can fully close the space for privacy, while the second — a bespoke wooden design piece — lets natural light filter through. Inside, you’ll find a dedicated work desk, a stylish and comfortable sofa bed (160×200) that can transform into an extra double bedroom, and a large television. It’s the perfect multifunctional room for reading, working, watching a movie — or hosting an additional couple or children.
STAY FOR A NIGHT…
The master bedroom offers a serene retreat with its king-size bed (180×200), a private en-suite bathroom, and a charming balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the soft Parisian sunlight.
Two spacious children’s bedrooms face the dedicated children’s bathroom and each features a comfortable single bed (90×200) — perfect for younger guests.
A third bedroom, ideal for teenagers or an additional couple, is located near the entrance of the apartment. It includes a king-size bed (180×200) and a private sink, offering independence and privacy away from the other sleeping areas.
A travel cot is available upon request, making La Maison perfectly suited for families travelling with babies or toddlers.

La Maison features two beautifully designed bathrooms and an additional separate toilet finished in refined blue–green terrazzo tones.
The master bedroom opens onto a spacious terracotta en-suite bathroom, designed with a serene, spa-like atmosphere. It includes a large walk-in shower, a double sink, and a toilet, all accessible through a sleek sliding door.
The children’s bathroom, in soft and calming blue hues, is equipped with a bathtub and a single sink — perfect for evening routines after exploring Paris. Families will appreciate the thoughtful touches: a changing table, pots, and bath toys for the little ones, ensuring comfort and ease during their stay.
